Plat Review

If staffing the Planning Commission Meetings and Pre-Proposal Conferences were half the position as County Planner working for Jefferson County, then doing various reviews on Boundary Line Adjustments, Subdivisions, Site Plans, and other miscellaneous projects for citizens and developers around the County was the other half of the position. These entailed detailed reviews by Planning, Zoning, Engineering, GIS, and the Tax Assessors office to make sure everything is up to compliance in the confines of the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations and the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance.
